Breakfast: Oat porridge with raspberries, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, agave syrup and milk.
Snack: 2 pieces of dark chocolate.
Lunch: Pasta cassrole, spelt pasta, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
Snack: Sweetie.
Dinner: Cooked ham, capri salad, and spelt pasta.
