Brunch: Oat porridge with apples, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon,
agave syrup and milk.
Snack: 1 piece of dark chocolate, two
handful of peanut rings.
Dinner: Pasta cassrole, spelt pasta,
broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Also a tomato, cucumber, corn, and feta
cheese salad.
