
Breakfast: Oat porridge with strawberries, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, raw honey and soy milk.
Snack: 1/2 of Allévo bar.
Lunch: Schnitzel salad.
Snack: Half a kaki (Japanese persimmon) and grapes.
Dinner: BBQ spicy ribs, quinoa, and spinach tomato cucumber salad.
